“The concept of leadership has fascinated me as a young child. Growing up, I witnessed the impact of effective leadership in my life and in the life of those around me .

“I saw how great leaders transformed individuals, transformed societies and even the entire community. This realisation spark a desire within me to make a difference in my own leadership journey.

” Leadership is crucial to the success of any community and that is why God instituted leadership in the first place.

” Some persons have good intentions but get swayed. It is very easy for a leader to get distracted with as little as a gossip. So we must all ensure we lead right for the good of our community, family and the nation,” he said.
