The Benin Zonal Directorate of the EFCC, on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, arraigned one Salt Adaeze Udoka before Justice F. Olubanjo of the Federal High Court sitting in Asaba, Delta State.
Udoka was arraigned on a one count charge of fraudulently taken possession (stealing) of the sum of N18 million from an unsuspecting victim (Mrs Angela Anyekpe) which is contrary to section 18(2)(b) of the Money Laundering (Prevention and Prohibition) Act 2022 and punishable under the same Act.
