A.B.U Graduate, Engineer Enwongulu Who Built Motorcycle In Akwanga Says It Cost Him Over ₦200k

Engineer James Enwongulu, has hinged his decision to build a motorcycle on current prices of automobiles in the country.

According to him, it cost him over ₦200,000 to built the bike nicknamed “Spiritual” by his Nephew.

Speaking recently on Matters Arising, a current affairs programme of Akwanga-based Option FM, Enwongulu said most of the materials used in building the Motorcycle were sourced locally and took him two (2) months to finish.

Sourcing for materials and funding, he revealed were the major challenges faced while building the Motorcycle which runs on Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) commonly known as fuel.

He further said the motorcycle was his first product, adding that he’s making efforts to make it more economical and energy-friendly.

Mr Enwongulu is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State. He works with the Isa Mustapha Agwai Polytechnic (IMAP), Lafia as a Lecturer.
