The Abia State Governor is expected to flag off the reconstruction of the Aba-Port Harcourt road by gisnt construction firm, Julius Berger on Thursdsy, 12yh of September, 2023.
A tweet by Uche Anyanwu @ucheanyaw, a Legal Practitioner and Convener, Citizen’s Initiative for Responsible Leadership stated that, “His Excellency, DR. Alex C. Otti, OFR, will on Thursday 12th of October 2023, Flag Off the Reconstruction of the Aba/Port-Harcourt Road by the Giant Construction Company: JULIUS BERGER (NIG) PLC.”
