C & S Church organizes prayer session for Buhari

THE Spiritual Head of Cherubim and Seraphim Movement, Most Rev. Samuel Abidoye has charged Nigerians to pray for the success of the present administration, stressing that it needs prayers.

Abidoye believes that  President Muhammadu Buhari will perform creditably well in the coming year and surprise Nigerians with improved and better governance and therefore urged stakeholders to be patient with him now.

Speaking in Galilee land along Ogbomosho-Ilorin Expressway  while declaring open the 75th Annual Conference of the church, Abidoye said the filth of previous administrations that he (Buhari) needed to clear makes it imperative forNigerians to be very patient with him.

“He will need to clear these mess before he can do anything tangible, he has not spent up to a year, so we should be patient and stop criticising him,” he said.

Speaking on the protracted problem of insurgency, Abidoye said that only divine intervention can solve the problem, calling on Christian religious leaders in the country to come together and establish special prayers for peace to return to Nigeria
