Central Planning Committee for the 2024 FRSC Zone 7 Special Marshal Zonal Conference Gears Up for a Colourful and Vibrant Event

Abuja, Nigeria – August 9, 2024 – Today, a delegation from the Central Planning Committee (CPC) for the 2024 FRSC Zone 7 Special Marshal Zonal Conference paid a courtesy visit to the Honorable Minister for Women Affairs Bar. Uju Kennedy, in her office. The purpose of the visit was to seek the support of the Ministry towards ensuring a successful and vibrant hosting of the upcoming event scheduled to take place between September 20th-21st, 2024 in Abuja.

Led by the CPC Sub-committee Chairperson on Welfare and Entertainment, Special Marshal (Mrs.) Sarah Omoyele, the delegation had a fruitful meeting with the Honorable Minister, during which they highlighted the ongoing plans and preparations for the Zonal Conference. The Minister was briefed on the various activities and initiatives that are being put in place to make the event not only successful but also colourful and vibrant.

In response to the delegation’s presentation, the Honorable Minister for Women Affairs expressed her support and pledged the Ministry’s commitment to ensuring the success of the Special Marshal Zonal Conference. She commended the CPC for their dedication and hard work in organizing such an important event and assured them of the Ministry’s assistance in any way possible.

The 2024 FRSC Zone 7 Special Marshal Zonal Conference promises to be a gathering of top officials, experts, and stakeholders in the field of road safety and traffic management. The theme of the conference, “Leveraging Technology for Improved Traffic Management and Enforcement: The FRSC’s Digitalized Approach,” underscores the importance of embracing technological advancements in enhancing road safety measures and enforcement strategies.

With a focus on promoting road safety awareness, sharing best practices, and fostering collaboration among participants, the event is set to be both informative and engaging.
