Edo State Physical Planning Regulatory Teams Commence Enforcement Exercise

The Edo State Physical Planning enforcement teams will be re-commencing the Operation Plan Edo Enforcement Exercise from today Saturday July 22, 2023 in the Irihiri – Arougba and Sapele Road Axis.

A Public Service Announcement signed by the Edo State Commissioner for Physical Planning, Housing, Urban and Regional Development, Mrs Isoken Omo stated that, People building without approval, buildings on moats, Rights-of-Way, Flood plains, under powerlines and roads will be marked, sealed and/or removed.

“Please be aware that Physical Planning enforcement teams will be re-commencing the Operation Plan Edo Enforcement Exercise from today Saturday July 22, 2023 in the Irihiri – Arougba and Sapele Road Axis. People building without approval, buildings on moats, Rights-of-Way, Flood plains, under powerlines and roads will be marked, sealed and/or removed. Everyone with valid approval/Conveyance letter is advised to make a copy available for viewing by the officers.

The statement added that officers of the Ministry will be operating with security personnel and the public is advised to cooperate with them to Make Edo Great Again.
