Chairman of the United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc, Tony Elumelu, on Friday linked up with Afrobeat star, Rema and A$AP Rocky in Paris, France.

The businessman took to his Instagram page to share a video of himself alongside the ‘Calm Down’ hitmaker and the American music heavyweight.

In the video, Elumelu is seen exchanging pleasantries with Rema before shaking hands and sharing a side hug with A$AP.

The 61-year-old also posed for pictures with the two artistes.

Elumelu is a billionaire businessman, economist, and philanthropist who has been a great advocate for youth development in Africa and around the world.

He chairs Heirs Holdings, and Transcorp, and is the founder of The Tony Elumelu Foundation.

He was named on Time‘s list of the 100 most influential people in the world in 2020.

The entrepreneur married Awele Vivien, a medical doctor, in 1993. They have seven children together.

Born Rakim Mayers, A$AP started to gain traction after ‘Peso’, his single, was leaked online in 2011.

He has made a name for himself in the music industry. He has three kids with Rihanna, the Barbadian singer.

Rema, whose real name is Divine Ikubor, signed with D’Prince’s Jonzing World, a subsidiary of Mavin Records, in 2019.

Since then, he has achieved remarkable records and success in the music scene.
