The Speaker of the Edo State House of Assembly, Rt Hon. Blessing Agbebaku, has expressed his condolences to the Osamede family and the entire people of Emai on the passing of a celebrated actor and entertainer of great reputation, Mr. Sam Osamede, aka Chief Ajas.
The State Assembly Boss, in a statement said, “It is with great sadness that I received the news of the passing of Mr. Sam Osamede, aka Chief Ajas, a renowned actor in the now rested Hotel de Jordan and the pride of Owan. Chief Ajas was a delight to watch in the 80s. We were always glued to the television on Sundays.
“On behalf of the Edo State House of Assembly, I extend my deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased.
“May his soul rest in peace, and may his legacy continue to inspire generations to come.”
