Mr. Ufuoma Mudiaga Odje, the last child of the Legal luminary, late Dr. Mudiaga Odje has died in his apartment in Dallas, United States of America. News of his suddenn death was made known to Crossfire Reports by his elder brother, Barrister Emuobo Mudiaga Odje at about 2.30am on 2nd of March, 2023.
The publisher of Crossfire Reports, Mr. Michael Egiethua and Emuobo Odje have been childhood friends from their days in Government College Ughelli, starting from 1976. Ufuoma was seen as a younger brother by most of Emuobo’s friends.
The sad news was also shared on the WhatsApp group of the Government College Ughelli Old Boys Class of Friends by its convener, Mr. Cyril Ogude. Four of late Ufuoma’s elder brothers attended Government College Ughelli.
He was very familair and friendly with most of his elder brothers’ friends from the above alma mater. Ufuoma however, attended the DSC Secondary school in Warri before he left the Shores of Nigeria to continue his studies abroad.

“Too sad a news to share .. as we lost our younger brother and great friend OFUOMA MUDIAGA – ODJE at 2am this morning, 2nd of March, 2023 in far away Dallas, USA, where he was resident.
“He was the last child of the legal luminary, late iconic Dr Mudiaga Odje, SAN.
“Very amiable FOMA was a UK trained First Class graduate of Information Technology . He attended DSC Secondary School in Warri before leaving for the UK to study Computer Science.
He is survived by his elder brothers, Ancient Mariner NYERHOHWO “DYNAMITE” MUDIAGA ODJE (1967), MUOBO MUDIAGA ODJE (1976) and DR AKPO MUDIAGA ODJE (1978).

The founder and principal consultant of OCAA Solutions, LLC, Ofuoma Odje began his career in 2000, after topping his Class in the School of Computing Information Systems and Mathematics at the Prestigious London South Bank University England. Facing a choice between a scholarship to study for his PhD or accept a job offer on a sponsored work visa to USA, Mr Odje decided to pursue his American Dream.

Mr. Odje is also a freelance technology consultant, consulting and partnering with other entities and businesses in his field of expertise when not taking on direct customer projects through OCAA. On May 10th 2013 Ofuoma became an American in a Naturalization Ceremony in Federal Court, Las Vegas. At the ceremony Mr Odje was chosen by the Dept. of Homeland Security officials to give a speech before his new American Colleagues and Presiding Federal Judge of the naturalization ceremony.
Ofuoma Odje was also honored by his State Senator Dean Heller with a Flag flown over the US Capitol marking the occasion of Mr Odje becoming a US Citizen.
