Gov Diri Hosts Timaya in Yenagoa

The Bayelsa State Governor,  Senator Douye Diri has played host to Bayelsa born entertainer, Inetimi Odon, popularly known as Timaya at the Government House in Yenagoa today.

In a statement made available to Crossfire Reports,  governor Diri said, “I just received our homeboy, Inetimi Odon, popularly known as Timaya, the multiple award-winning Nigerian music star at the Government House in Yenagoa.”

“Timaya is a worthy son of my community, Sampou, in Kolokuma/Opokuma LGA and of Bayelsa State.

“For Timaya, it is indeed Ijaw Nation to the world.

“I have fond memories of him growing up and he has told me that he has come back to contribute to the development of our great State.
