…loyalty and royalty to party is paying off

A former Chief Whip to the Edo State House of Assembly, former Etsako Central Local Government Area Executive Chairman and recently, the man who coordinated the Godwin Obaseki Campaign Movement in Edo North for the Edo 2020 Edo State PDP Campaign Council, Rt. Hon. Barr. Paschal Ugbome, a.k.a. Ominimini has been asked to take a bow in Owan West following what they hear and know about the former State legislator and former Council boss for his loyalty and commitment to the People’s Democratic Party.
Welcomed with various dancing troops and an unprecedented large crowd in the great Owan West, the Edo State PDP Social Media Leaders maiden award winner, Deacon Paschal Ugbome who visited the good people of Owan West LGA PDP to intimate and buttress his reasons for wishing to represent them in the Red Chamber of the National Assembly, led to the Local Government Area by a member of the State Working Committee of the Edo State PDP and former Commissioner of Health to the Edo State Government, Hon. Dr. Wilson Imogan and other party leaders said, “I want to thank God for giving us life…I want to thank the leaders for waiting for me and the people that came with me. I want to thank and appreciate our very highly respected party leaders that came with me…” Before Barrister Pascal could finish the introductory aspect of his speech, he was asked to take a bow.
Speaking on behalf of the Owan West PDP, the party LGA Chairman, Hon. David Aigbondion said, “…please sir, we want to ask you, sir, if is there anything different you want to say, apart from the ones we have heard and or the ones we know about you before and if there is none, the party leadership and the entire party Executive of Owan West said, take a bow and go.” This was how Rt. Hon. Paschal took a bow with the take a bow pronouncement received with a very loud ovation by party faithful in Sabogida-Ora, the Capital City of Owan West Local Government Area of Edo State.
Pouring encomiums on the former State legislator and excellent people oriented lawyer in the person of Rt. Hon. Barr. Pascal Ugbome, the LGA Chairman reemphasized that “we have a man that is people oriented, has served the party so judiciously and honestly. He has never left the party since inception in 1998.
The Ominimini of the Universe has honestly supported the party and members and committed to the general welfare of party members over the years. This is a man who is always at the point of need for party members beyond his Local Government, Senatorial District to the entire Edo State.” Hon. Paschal Ugbome is one of the few who has committed himself to rendering free legal services to party members and has on many occasions gone to personally rescue party members from police infringements and other areas of legal assistance.
Ominimini is also one of the few with sound interpersonal relationship with people. “His contributions and commitments to the party and members cannot be quantified. Only recently, Paschal supervised the raising of funds for the burial of one of our late party members, Late Chief Mrs. Evelyn Igbafe, an action the relations of the late woman politician will never forget. Of course, we all know that he made the same contribution to the party as well.
