Kelechi Iheanacho’s 90th minute strike was enough to give Manchester City three points against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.

It ended Crystal Palace 0-1 Manchester City.

A 90th-minute winner from substitute Kelechi Iheanacho maintained Manchester City’s 100 per cent start to the season as they beat Crystal Palace to go 11 points clear of champions Chelsea.

Jesus Navas was guilty of missing a golden opportunity early in the second half after hitting the side-netting having rounded goalkeeper Alex McCarthy.

Dwight Gayle could have snatched a late winner for Palace but he could only poke Wilfried Zaha’s cross wide before Iheanacho was quickest to the rebound from Samir Nasri’s shot to snatch victory for Manuel Pellegrini’s side.

Elsewhere, Arsenal claimed their first home win of the season courtesy of goals from Theo Walcott and substitute Olivier Giroud.

The Gunners had further opportunities to increase their lead but were denied by combination of fine saves by Jack Butland and wasteful finishing.

Goals from Cameron Jerome, Wes Hoolahan and Matt Jarvis secured a comfortable 3-1 victory for Norwich City over Bournemouth at Carrow Road. Steve Cook headed a consolation for the Cherries.

New boys Watford secured their first three points of the season at home to Swansea City – despite having Valon Behrami sent off midway through the second half.

Odion Ighalo tucked home the winner from close range just before the hour-mark to end the Swans’ unbeaten start to the campaign.

Saido Berahino was a second-half substitute but he couldn’t fire West Brom to victory as drew 0-0 at home to Southampton.

Premier League results:

Arsenal 2-0 Stoke

Crystal Palace 0-1 Manchester City

Norwich 3-1 Bournemouth

Watford 1-0 Swansea City

West Brom 0-0 Southampton
