Joe Biden Ascertained as President Elect

…As GSA Starts US Presidential Transition 

The General Services Administration of the United States of America has started the process of transition from the 45^th President of the United States to the President Elect and soon to be 46^th President of the United States of America. This was ascertained today Monday 23^rd of November in by Emily Murphy, that Joe Biden is the apparent winner of the November 3, 2020 US Presidential election.

Meanwhile, President Donald Trump had earlier twitted that, he recommended that Emily Murphy and her team at GSA do the right thing with regards to the initial protocols of transition. At no point in the tweet were the words concession or President Elect used.
