After the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) brought in a Foreign Technical Adviser, and still retained Finidi George as Head Coach, the former Super Eagles player has thrown in the towel with the said submission of his letter of resgnation to the NFF today.
This was made known by ex-Super Eagles media officer, Toyin Ibitoye in a post on X.com on Saturday.
He wrote, “News just in. Finidi George #FinidiGeorge_FG has resigned from his #NGSuperEagles manager position.”

His resignation has left the new foreign coach to be in charge of the team without Finidi George.
