The National Youth Assembly of Nigeria (NYAN) has charged youth representatives to remain productive and united under the forum while ensuring the implementation of SDGs in the states.
The National Speaker, NYAN, Rt. Hon (Amb) Usman Shagari said this during the unavailing of the Sokoto State Youth Forum( SSYF).
The event brought together Fellow youth Stakeholders from various youth organisation in the state to form the Forum for the betterment and unity of all Sokoto youths.
The event has the theme: ‘Active Youth
in Governance and in Achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) in the state.
Shagari said that the forum elected the Interim Leadership, headed by the Chairman, Comrade Sanusi Muktar as well as management of the Forum was also appointed headed by Nuradeen Muhammad Mahe as Director General.
He said a lot was put on the table as youth representatives were also charged to remain productive in their assignment .
