Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, has felicitated the presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr. Peter Gregory Obi, on the occasion of his 65th birthday, describing him as a statesman of uncommon integrity and an exemplary leader.
