During the inauguration, over 5000 erstwhile members of the opposition APC decamped to the PDP and were received by the National Youth Leader-elect and the Kaduna State PDP EXCO.

Speaking during the event, Mohammed Kadade thanked the people of Makarfi for their support and prayers, and appreciated the youths of Makarfi LGA for their renewed faith in the Peoples Democratic Party.

Responding to questions from members of the Press present at the occasion, the newly elected 25-year-old national youth leader of the Peoples Democratic Party stated that his emergence as the party’s national youth leader and member of the National Working Committee showed that PDP is a youth friendly political party that is willing to provide its platform for young persons to participate in governance.

It is instructive to note that the charismatic Prince Mohammed Kadade Suleiman is the youngest national youth leader of a major political party in contemporary Nigerian history.

At the event, Prince Mohammed Kadade Suleiman could be seen ventilating ideas with the Kaduna State PDP organising secretary, Hon. Magaji Ahmed Jarma.
