2023 General Elections: Nesiama’s Chances for the Delta South Senate Brightens as Uwangue Descendants of Jakpa Warri North Endorse Him

The NNPP candidate for Delta South Senatorial District in the 2023 general elections, Commodore Omatseye Nesiama (Rtd) also referred to as ‘the Commodore of Hope’ has added another endorsement to his portfolio of endorsements as the Uwangue Descendants of Jakpa Community in Warri North LGA unequivocally pledged their support for the candidature of the Commodore of Hope and endorsed him for the Senate position he seeks for. This informatikn was made avainle to Crossfire Reports by a member of his Campaign media team.

“This position was taken when Commodore Nesiama visited to present himself and his manifesto to the Body on Wednesday, 26 October 2022.

“While making his remarks, Chief Gabriel Awala, the Uwangue of Warri Kingdom, stated that they are ordinarily non-partisan, but with the kind of personality Commodore Nesiama presents and his pedigree, he is seen as a worthy Ambassador of the Uwangue Descendants of Jakpa and the Itsekiri Nation. Speaking further, he said “Nesiama is well trained, equipped, experienced and eloquent in his delivery that one can be proud of any day. He’s therefore quite capable of representing the Delta South as Senator come 2023”.

The information made available to Crossfire Reports stated further that, “earlier, Commodore Nesiama the Delta South Senatorial District candidate of the NNPP intimated the Uwangue Descendants of his profile, his achievements and antecedents both locally and internationally including what he is capable of doing at any given opportunity to better the lots of the people.”

In his words, “I served in the Nigerian Navy and rose to the rank of Commodore equivalent to Brigadier General in the Army. I have two Master Degrees – One in Defence and Strategic Studies from the National Defence University, Beijing, China and the other in Transport Management at LAUTECH. I have served this country in various capacities and have received accolades. I’m trained, equipped and ready to serve. I’m ready to influence and ensure that the true dividends of democracy gets to our people in Delta South. I have the experience, connection and familiarity with workings at the National level which I would bring to bear in order to make our Senatorial District a better place”.

The climax of the endorsement was the Uwangue of Warri Kingdom making series of prayers for the success, provision and protection for the Commodore of Hope.
