Ugbajo Itsekiri USA Incorporated held it’s 25th Annual Convention in San Francisco, California, USA between 1st and 4th September, 2023.
The 3 Day event was described by Mr. Kingsley Onuwaje (a past President of the organisation) as a memorable event with display of culture, reunion and unity amongst those in attendance.
Ugbajo Itsekiri USA incorporated is an association of Itsekiri sons and daughters based in the United States of America.
The organisation is a non-profit organisation registered in Washington D.C. in 1998. It has various regional chapters that make up Ugbajo Itsekiri USA Incorporated.
According to Mr. Onuwaje Ugbojo Itsekiri USA’s main purpose is to assist people back home in Nigeria.
“We give scholarships every year, carry out medical missions all year round, provide borehole water to several villages and give some micro financing.
The current President of the organization is Jemine Yesin.
