The Vice-Chancellor, of the University of Abuja, Professor Hakeem Babatunde Fawehinmi, today received members of the University of Port Harcourt Alumni Association, Abuja Chapter, Executive Committee on a courtesy visit.
The President of the association, Mr Patrick Otoro, who led the delegation, said they were impressed by the developments in the University since the Vice-Chancellor, who is also an alumnus, assumed office in December 2025.
The Vice-Chancellor expressed delight at receiving the delegation, describing the visit as a welcome homecoming and an opportunity to reconnect with fellow alumni.
