…We Proudly Announce AMIAF 2023
‘…Art of Afrobeats’ Music Awardees
We at Artmiabo International Art festival, will celebrate some of the best music industry giants, that have been instrumental and paved the way for the new sound we hear and love today. Their innovative approach to the whole Afrobeats genre unleashed a unique sound that has changed the music culture and landscape the world over.
The Artmiabo Festival gives us a rare and historical opportunity to give them their ‘flowers’ which they undoubtedly deserve, 18 of them will be given awards for their immense contribution to the music genre through their Music, and Craft as Songwriters, DJs, Video/Film producers, Music Producers, Artistic Creators, Documentary makers, Music TV and Artist/Talent managers all in true Afrobeats form.
Their intentional breaking of boundaries creating and producing music from the streets, changing how our music was perceived in the continent first, then to the rest of the world is the inspiration behind the AMIAF 2023, theme The ‘Art of Afrobeats’.
As we Juxtaposition these Genius Afrobeats Music Influencers with Visual Fine Artists with the same attitude, that have defied all odds to be present, we at AMIAF 2023 humbly ask you all to come and take a step back in time and celebrate these mavericks each unique in their own delivery…..
