The Supreme Court has delivered judgement in favour of Governor Godwin Obaseki and his loyalists, ik Osamede can report.
The Supreme Court upheld the Appeal Court Judgement on Ad-hoc delegate list.
With this judgement Obaseki has triumped over Wike, Orbih & others at Supreme Court on the authentic delegate list of Edo PDP.
Supreme Court decided that the issue is non-justiciable and the Court of Appeal was right. The appeal therefore failed and the case dismissed. The issue of deciding who a party’s delegates are is the sole prerogative of the party and is an internal party affair that only the NWC can interfere.
