Cameroon has won the third place medal at the ongoing Afcon 2021 after they beat Burkina Faso 5-3 on penalties.
The game entered penalty after the two sides drew 3-3 at the end of full time.
It is the second time time in the ongoing 2021 Africa Cup of Nations, that host Cameroon met Burkina Faso.
Unlike when they met at the group stage, this time the Bronze medal was at stake to crown the team that will finish third at Afcon 2021.
Wen they first met at the opening fixture of the tournament, the Indomitable Lions came from behind to defeat the Stallions 2-1 at the Ahmadou Ahidjo Stadium.
Host, Cameroon were hoping to compensate their countrymen after they lost 3-1 on penalties to Egypt for at the semi-final.
