Council tasked on 150,000 votes for Hon. Paschal Ugbome Esq, as Hon. Saiki Samuel leads newly Inaugurated Council.
Ahead of the 2023 General Elections, today 12th of November, the PDP Candidate For Senate , Edo North Senatorial District, Hon. Paschal Ugbome Esq inaugurated an 800 – member campaign Council with a view to ensuring victory for the Party come 2023.
The Edo North Senatorial Chairman , Hon. Saiki Samuel, was appointed as the Chairman of the Senatorial Campaign Council, Former Owan West Local Government Council Chairman Hon. Kashietu Ohiwere, was appointed as Director General (DG) of the Council , Dr. Caleb Adebayo was appointed as the Deputy DG of the campaign council, Alhaja Sube Egbekaokhai Woman Leader Etsako West as the Secretary of the campaign council, while other members include all the Leaders of the Party in Edo North, all the Party Local Government Chairmen to act as chairmen of campaign in their various LGAs, All the Ward Chairmen are the Wards Coordinators in their Wards , All LGA Excos, All Wards Vice Chairmen, All Wards Women Leaders,All Wards Youth Leaders, All Wards Secretaries, All Members of the PDP State Exco from Edo North, All members of the Senatorial Exco, All House of Reps and House of Assembly Candidates from Edo North and their respective Campaign Teams. The LGA Chairmen were implored to constitute LGA Campaign Councils as well as Ten ( 10) Man unit campaign Team for every Unit ahead of the 2023 General Elections.
The Director General ( DG) of the campaign Council, Hon.Kashietu Ohiwere particularly, urged the Council to ensure at least One Hundred and Fifty Thousands ( 150,000) votes for the Senatorial Candidate of the Party, Hon. Paschal Ugbome Esq.
Hon.Kashietu Ohiwere (DG) , made the remarks, while making his acceptance remarks at Ogbona Community, Etsako Central Local Government.
According to the Director General of the Campaign Council, Hon. Kashietu Ohiwere, the Party has commenced reconciliation moves among all aggrieved party members towards going into the election with one mandate and one voice.
In his inaugural speech, Hon. Kashien Ohiwere, said the council should concentrate on issues that would add value to the success of the party in 2023, saying the members should be resolute, committed and law abiding throughout the assignment.
The PDP Candidate For Senate, The Hopeful Lawmaker, Hon. Paschal Ugbome Esq who was overwhelmed by the passion and enthusiasm of members of the Council appreciated God Almighty for his amazing grace upon all the Candidates and assured the People of Edo North that all the Candidates will deliver on their mandates when Elected in 2023.
