Edo State Government To Hold Stakeholders Meeting Over New Town Development

The Edo State Government has announced that there would be a stakeholders meeting with members of Ogheghe, Obayantor 1, Obagie N’Evbuosa, Okoroma and neighbouring communities to discuss matters relating to the development of the new town along the Irhirhi-Obazagbon-Ogheghe Road.

The state government said in a public service announcement signed by, Isoken Omo,
Commissioner for Physical Planning, Housing, Urban and Regional Development that, expected attendees at the meeting include; community elders, youth leaders and other persons affected by the repossession exercise.

“The Edo State Government hereby announces that there would be a stakeholders meeting with members of Ogheghe, Obayantor 1, Obagie N’Evbuosa, Okoroma and neighbouring communities to discuss matters relating to the development of the new town along the Irhirhi-Obazagbon-Ogheghe Road.

“Expected attendees at the meeting include community elders, youth leaders and other persons affected by the repossession exercise.

The details of the meeting are as follows: Date of meeting is Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at 10am.
The venue is Conference Hall, ICTA Office, John Odigie Oyegun Training Academy, Central Road, GRA, Benin City.
