The National Executive Council and entire members of the University of Portharcourt Alumni Association felicitate with the Acting President of the association, Citizen Uduak Ewitat who turned 64 years today.
A pioneer graduate of Business Studies and Student Leader at the University , Citizen Uduak Ewitat as he was then popularly known proceded to University of Ibadan where he obtained a Masters degree in Banking and Finance. He is a member of both the Association of National Açcountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
An astute administrator, Accountant and Banker by profession, Citizen Ewitat worked in various departments in the Banking industry for over 25 years rising to the position of a Regional Director in charge of Akwa Ibom and Cross River State branches of United Bank for Africa Ltd (UBA).
He retired in 2009 to set up his private practice and was the Immediate past Board Chairman of Akwa Savings and Loans Ltd (Mortgage Bankers). Ewitat is presently the Principal Partner and Head of Practice at Uduak Ewitat & Co (Certified National Açcountants).
Citizen Ewitat, who was the former 1st National Vice President University of Port Harcourt Alumni Association and now Acting President is married with four children.
As Citizen Uduak Ewitat celebrates another glorious year on earth, we wish him God’s guidance, protection and divine favour today and forever more in Jesus name.
