The Ex-Urhobo Youth Leaders Solidarity Frontiers has urge the Delta State All Progressives Congress (APC) to accept its election defeat in the just concluded Delta State Gubernatorial and State House of Assembly elections.

Speaking during a victory dance in Orogun by members of the Ex -Urhobo Youth Solidarity Frontiers, the coordinator for Orogun kingdom, Okorakpa Omovwera asked APC, Delta State to accept the election results and wait for another election circle as Orogun or Delta Central alone cannot give victory to a Governorship candidate.

In his words, “most times when I hear people that lost in an election talking of being rigged out, I ask a question, how prepared were you?”

He said APC as a Party, just like other parties in Delta State cannot find their feet in the state and the peopke have no faith in them but the PDP.

“Come to think of it, as a ruling Party in the state, the presence of the PDP is felt in every family, yet in their electioneering campaigns you see them in every nook and crany.

I envy the strength of the PDP as a Party because they live no stone unturned. “I am a bonafide Urhobo, I clamoured for an Okpe governorship candidate long ago,  before the advent of PDP candidate,” Omovwera said while addressing members of the Ex-Urhobo Youth Solidarity Frontiers.

He said, every district in Urhobo has had their share and that it is the turn of Okpe to produce the governor of Delta State.

Omovwera said he is not surprised at the victory of Oborevwori and that the Ex-Urhobo Youth Leaders Solidarity Frontiers congratulates Okpe kingdom on this achievement.

He said that a Thanksgiving Service has been slated to take place in Okpe on a date to be announced soon.
