The Bayelsa State Governor, Senator Douye Diri will make a Special Independence Day Broadcast today by 8 am to mark Nigeria’s 62nd Independence Anniversary and the 26th anniversary of the creation of Bayesa State.
This was contained in a public service announcement signed by the Bayelsa State Commissioner for Information, Orientation and Strategy, Hon. Ayibaina Duba in Yenagoa yesterday night.
“This is to inform the general public that the Bayelsa State Governor, His Excellency Senator Douye Diri, will make a special broadcast on the occasion of Nigeria’s 62nd Independence celebration and the 26th Anniversary of the creation of Bayelsa State.
“Date: Saturday, October 1, 2022
“Time: 8 o’clock in the morning
The announcement concluded that, the broadcast will be aired simultaneously on all the Yenagoa-based radio and television stations.
