Just imagine how the official and unofficial spokespersons of APC spew lies all over the place on very glaring issues and then relate it to what they say about the true state of the nation. For the APC known spokespersons tweeting in celebration that HE Peter Obi was detained in London to the extent of spending Easter in detention, how many concoctions in President Muhammadu Buhari’s 91-page propaganda flowery in the name of achievements could be believed?
The Labour Party presidential candidate spent just 18.50 minutes at Heathrow Airport just for the Immigration Authorities at the eight busiest airport in the world to warn him that his identity was recently duplicated and for him to be very careful. He was given VIP treatment as he joined the waiting Nigerians who travelled with him on same flight for selfies. The British Authorities also wrote him a clarification letter, indicating that he was never detained for one second. That it was only a routine check when they discovered his identity had been duplicated.
The British Security at Heathrow actually did the LP presidential candidate a huge favour by detecting his identity duplication before the criminals involved could implicate him with any crime. It is not always straightforward to implicate an innocent man who is also a patriot. His only ‘ treasonable’ offence is struggling to dislodge the old order for a new Nigeria. They challenged him to go to court but they still don’t want him to be there. Why? Because they are afraid. And only because they are guilty.
