Minister of Special Duties and Inter Governmental Affairs, Senator George Akume others to close ceremony.

After 3 days of elaborate Collaborations, Networking and Exposure, Organisers of the NIG@60, ALGON MADE-IN-NIGERIA Exhibition/Trade Fair and Lecture has enumerated the line-up of activities slated for the closing ceremony.

In a press statement signed by, Principal Consultant/ Coordinator to the programme, Ono K. Akpe, explained that the event which will climax on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at Old Parade Ground, Area 10, Garki, Abuja, TIME: 10:00am Prompt, will have the Hon. Minister of Special Duties and Inter-Governmental Affairs, Senator George Akume at the closing ceremony.

According to Akpe, the ceremony will avail stakeholders, visitors and guest opportunity to brainstorm and exchange ideas on countless means of promoting massive economic development and empowerment schemes at the grassroots.

He insisted that although the event will the officially closed, the collaborations will continue even to the local government areas, LGAs.

‘‘This is to invite guests, the general public and all stakeholders to the closing ceremony of NIGERIA@60: ALGON MADE-IN-NIGERIA EXHIBITION/TRADE FAIR & LECTURE.

‘‘Expected to officially close the ceremony is the Hon. Minister of Special Duties and Inter-Governmental Affairs, Senator George Akume.

‘‘Also expected are the Hon Minister for the FCT, DR. Ramatu Tijani Aliyu, Hon Minister of State for Industry Trade and Investment, Amb. Maryam Katagum, DG ALGON Haija Binta Umar and other top government functionaries.

‘‘Activities to mark the day include: Presentations by the National Cotton Association of Nigeria, SHE 4 SHE Initiative, Helpline Foundation, amongst others’’
