The National Chairman of the Pan Niger Delta Forum, PANDEF, Senator Emmanuel Ibok Essien, has on behalf of the National Leader, Chief Dr. Edwin Clark, the Board of Trustees, and the National Executive Committee, congratulated the newly elected President of Ijaw National Congress, INC, Professor Benjamin Okaba and his executive, on their victories in the just concluded elections.
This was contained in a press statement released today by Hon. Ken Robinson, the National Publicity Secretary of the Pan Niger Delta Forum, PANDEF.
While wishing Professor Okaba and his executive success in their new assignment, PANDEF said it anticipates the cooperation of the new INC President and his Executive, in the Forum’s efforts at fostering unity, peace and development of the Niger Delta region, for the overall good of the region and its people.
