He said the exhibition is themed, ‘Repositioning the Nigerian Ecosystem for Excellence and Innovation in Technological and Technopreneurial Advancements’, while the guest speaker at the event is the Director-General (DG) of the National Space Research and Development Agency (NASRDA), Dr. Halilu Shaba.

According to the rector, “The event will feature exhibitions by industries, staff, students, entrepreneurs, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), artisans, government and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), and awards will be presented to different categories of winners.”

Some of the equipment that will be on display include fabricated yam pounding machines, waste to wealth plastic recycling equipment and software applications, among others.

Prof. Falodun said the event is aligned with the Governor Godwin Obaseki-led administration’s mandate for institutions of higher learning in the state to deploy technology in solving society’s problems.
