Bawa, who refused to disclose the number or identity of the governors, however, praised President Muhammadu Buhari and the monetary authorities for the initiative which he says will help monitor the flow of cash in the system

The Central Bank of Nigeria had last month announced that the country’s currency would be redesigned to address many issues that have negative effects on the economy.
