Olam Food Ingredients (ofi), a global supplier of naturally sourced food and beverage ingredients, has secured a multi-tranche financing facility worth US$1.05 billion to refinance existing loans and support its general corporate activities.

Olam Group Limited, the parent company of ofi, announced the facility on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, in Singapore.

The financing comprises a two-year and three-year revolving credit facility as well as a three-year term loan.

According to the company, Olam Treasury Pte Ltd will serve as the borrower under the facility, which is initially guaranteed by Olam Group Limited.

The guarantee is expected to transfer to ofi Group Limited following the planned initial public offering (IPO) and demerger of ofi.

Olam said proceeds from the facility would be used primarily to refinance ofi’s existing loans, while also providing funding for general corporate purposes.

A total of 10 international banks participated in the transaction as Mandated Lead Arrangers.

They are Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A., Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A., DBS Bank Ltd, JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A., Mizuho Bank Ltd, MUFG Bank Ltd, National Australia Bank Limited, The Bank of Nova Scotia and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation.

HSBC, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, has been appointed as the Facility Agent.

The US$1.05 billion financing represents a significant funding arrangement for ofi as the company advances plans for its proposed IPO and demerger from Olam Group.

Olam Group described ofi as a global leader in naturally good food and beverage ingredients, with the new financing expected to strengthen its financial position as it prepares for the next phase of its corporate development.
