Valentine Ozigbo, a 2021 Anambra State governorship candidate, was one of the dignitaries present to celebrate with Ichie Sunday Ezeobiora, the Chairman of Sunchi Farms, who received the chieftaincy title of Ezeifechukwu Enugwu-Ukwu na Umunri and was initiated into the Enuguw-Ukwu Aristocracy Royal Cabinet.

Ichie Sunday Ezeobiora, a successful agri-business tycoon, was recently elected as the National President of the Poultry Association of Nigeria and was conferred with the chieftaincy title by Igwe (Sir) Ralph Ekpeh, Eze Enugwu-Ukwu na Igwe Umunri on Saturday, January 7, 2023.

While speaking to journalists on the sidelines of the event, Ozigbo described the honour as ‘another befitting feather on an increasingly crowded hat.’

“I am delighted to be here to celebrate with my brother-in-law, mentor, and friend, Ichie Sunday Ezeobiora, on his conferment,” Ozigbo, an aide to the Labour Party presidential candidate, His Excellency Peter Obi, said.

“My relationship with Ichie Ezeobiora dates back several decades. He is an honest, straightforward and compassionate man I have come to depend on for advice, guidance, and wise counsel. He is worthy of this recognition, and I congratulate him on this special occasion.

“I also congratulate his wife, my elder sister, Lolo Chinyere Geraldine Ezeobiora, who was also honoured with the title of Adachukwu Enugwu na Umunri. I am elated to be here to witness this celebration, and I pray for more of the same for the lovely couple,” Ozigbo added.

Ozigbo was accompanied to the event by several close associates, including Chief Andy Azike, the Labour Party Federal House of Representatives candidate for Aguata, Mr Robert Umeozulu, a successful businessman, and several others.
