At the variius communities, he assured the good people of Udu that he would ensure that he restores the lost glory of the Delta Steel Company Aladja by urging the federal government to revive the company.

The senatorial hopeful made the statement when he met with all the community leaders during the Jubilee campaign rally to Udu wards 1, 2, 3, and 4 and requested that they vote Chief Great Ogboru as the next governor of Delta state, as well as all APGA candidates to the various elective positions being contested.

The senatorial hopeful said bringing back the lost glory of DSC Aladja has become very important as that will create the much needed job opportunities for our people.

He assured the people that if that is the only thing he influences the federal government to do for the people of Udu, he will make sure he does it because the federal government has revived the Ajaokuta Steel Company and that has created Jobs for kogi people and if Ajaokuta Steel can be revived, therefore, there was no reason for the Delta Steel Company Aladja not to be revived.

In his words, “I am not going to the national assembly for the purpose of giving you street lights or transformers, but I am going there to bring companies, industries that will create jobs for our people, because street lights and transformers are compulsory things from NDDC as a commission to all communities in Delta state and I will be very fair in sharing my constituency projects.”

The leaders from the different communities prayed for Omaruaye and all the APGA candidates in his entourage and assured them of their total support.
