Peters Omaruaye Celebrates Chief John Tagar (Lord Mayor) at 75

Mr. Peters Omaruaye, the Delta Central Senatorial District Candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in the just concluded Delta State Senatorial elections has congratulated one of the leaders of the Chief Great Ogboru political family in the state, Chief John Tagar on the occasion of his 75th birthday anniversary. Chief Tagar is also affectionately referred to as the Lord Mayor of Urhobo Land by his admirers amd associates.

Mr Omaruaye, in a congratulatory message to the political leader, on Monday 25th July, said every member of the Ogboru political family and beyond have acknowledged the outstanding roles played by the Lord Mayor to stabilize the politics of the Delta State as one of the formidable opposition leaders in the state since 2003.

Omaruaye added that the  Lord Mayor has played various roles in all the platforms created by the Ogboru political family since 2003 to bring about sanity and preventing the state from sliding into a failed state by creating the first sets of alternative platforms for credible candidates to become elected members of the National and State Assemblies.

“No doubt, Lord mayor, is a man who always stands by the truth no matter the condition he finds himself.

Concluding, Omaruaye said Chief Tagar is no doubt a man who always stands by the truth, no matter the conditions, as well as being a bridge builder, who has sacrificed his time and resources and that members of the Chief Great Ogboru political family in the state can never forget that.
