Valentine Ozigbo, a 2021 Anambra Gubernatorial Candidate, was in Adagbe Avomimi Village, Enugwu Ukwu in Njikoka LGA of Anambra State, on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, to sympathise with the family and friends of Timothy Ebisi, who recently passed on at the age of 42.
The late Ebisi was a chartered accountant, banker and media practitioner who was a founding and integral member of Valentine Chineto Ozigbo (VCO) Media Team and participated actively in Mr Ozigbo’s 2021 gubernatorial campaign.
While conveying his sympathies through a message to the family, Ozigbo said he was yet to come to terms with the passing Ebisi’s passing, recalling his brilliance, zeal, proactivity, and cheerful disposition, which endeared many to him.
“We are here to say goodbye to a man with whom we have shared so many fond memories. We have lost a comrade, a friend, and committed partner in progress to the cold hands of death,” Ozigbo remarked.
“I am overwhelmed with sadness. Timothy was a bright young man who left us in his prime. Words are insufficient to convey the depth of sorrow that this death has brought. I pray that God Almighty grants his wife, Chiamaka, children – Chinua, Oma and Sobechukwu – and family the courage to deal with this great loss. May He shield, protect, and comfort them.
“Timothy will forever be in our hearts. His humanity was clear for all to see, and I pray that God grants his soul eternal rest in His bosom,” the respected business leader and philanthropist added.
Ozigbo was accompanied to the condolence visit by his wife, Mrs Ojiugo Ozigbo, and several VCO Campaign Organisation and VCO Media Team members.
